SERVICE SCOPE
Three common fulfillment needs for figure sellers.
From parcel identification and inspection photos to exception handling, each step follows a defined operating process.
Closed-box by default; deeper checks with authorization
We first inspect the outer packaging. With authorization, we can open the parcel and check visible damage, deformation and accessory completeness. Authentication, color variation and hidden defects are outside the inspection scope.
Pause first, then follow the seller's decision
If a quantity, model or visible product issue is found, work pauses and the customer is notified through the system or service team.
Photo scope is confirmed by request: a standard visual check commonly includes approximately 2–4 photos; detailed checks of arms, hair accessories or other parts may require about five photos. Scope and fees should be confirmed before work begins.
WAREHOUSE WORKFLOW

Normal targets are within 2 hours for inbound registration and within 4 hours for inspection. September–December targets are 4 and 8 hours respectively, starting after complete data is received and the parcel is successfully matched.

PACKING & REINFORCEMENT
Different figures need different protection.
Reinforcement reduces box crushing, impact and internal movement risk. Protective materials also add actual and volumetric weight and must be included in the quote.
Bubble Wrap and Bags
Small loose items are bagged and figure boxes use standard bubble wrap when no special instructions are provided.
EPE Corners and Panels
Collectible retail boxes may use 10 mm EPE, corner guards or protective panels.
Air Columns and Bubble Bags
Suitable for small figures, dolls and ornaments, selected by item dimensions.
Inserts, Wooden Frames and Crates
High-value, unusual or unpackaged goods may be evaluated for fitted EPE, foam inserts, wooden frames or crates.

Basic Protection

Can you receive parcels from multiple suppliers?
Yes. We can receive goods from Taobao, 1688, JD, Pinduoduo, factories and other sources. Small batches may be handled through customer service; for five or more items, system pre-alerts are recommended.
Can you inspect collectible figure boxes?
Yes. We first inspect outer packaging. With authorization, we can open parcels to check visible damage and accessory completeness. Authentication, color differences and hidden defects are not included.
Can you use EPE, bubble materials, wooden frames or crates?
Yes, subject to the product. Options include bubble wrap, air-column materials, 10 mm EPE, corner protection, fitted inserts, wooden frames and crates.
Can parcels over 5 kg be shipped to the US?
Yes. The page shows only selected lines. Contact a specialist to match a line and provide a written quote for parcels over 5 kg, oversize items or special goods.
Can you ship to a US warehouse or dropship individual orders?
We can ship in bulk to a customer-designated US warehouse or send individual parcels directly from China to US consumers. We do not currently provide local US warehousing or local US fulfillment.
How do I start a trial order?
Provide product name, quantity, weight, dimensions, battery or sensitive-goods status, supplier information, destination postcode, inspection requirements and packing instructions. One-piece trial inquiries are welcome.
