Restock SLA

A time commitment that defines how fast a restock request must be picked, packed, and released after demand is confirmed.

Why it matters

Restock SLAs reduce stockout risk by giving stream teams and warehouse teams the same replenishment expectation.

Example

A live-commerce seller defines a two-hour SLA from restock request approval to outbound wave release for stream inventory.
